About the event
Dear Community,
Together let's restore the wooded area along the path between our property and The Shores / Fairfield Village property to its natural state. We also invited our neighbors at The Shores and Fairfield Village to join us.
Over the years, the wooded area that separates Artist Lake - Fairview Condominiums from The Shores and Fairfield Village has served as a pathway between the communities. Unfortunately, recent events, including the presence of an encampment, have left this area littered and in need of attention
Moreover, neglect and trespassing along the Artist Lake shoreline have contributed to a littered landscape.
Our goal is to not only clean up these areas but also to begin a discussion for securely repairing property boundary fencing and permanently closing down the pathways between the properties that have become a nuisance to our communities.
These pathways have encouraged unwanted trespassing, unauthorized use of amenities, the establishment of homeless encampments, and vandalism of our properties. It is our collective responsibility to address these issues and maintain the safety and integrity of our community.
We kindly request your participation in this essential community effort. Together, we can make a significant impact and rejuvenate these spaces that belong to all of us. Please mark your calendars and join us.
Working together we preserve the beauty and tranquility of our beautiful community.
Feel free to contact the Friends at FriendsOfALFV@gmail.com with any questions.
